We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these terms from time to time, and you must periodically review these terms and conditions. 1. Reservations & Registration

To booking a tour with us, you will be accepting these conditions on behalf of yourself and all other persons using our services pursuant to a booking made by you. You Agree:

• Confirmation of all reservations and/or changes must be in writing (through our website email).
• No reservation or change to any request is permitted by telephone.
• In order to confirm benefits, you must have receipt of the requested deposit.

2. Children's Reservations

We offer special discounts on all children's bookings, and you can get this discount according to the age of the child who sharing the room with one of our parents, and we also offer 50% discount for children under 10 years old.

3. Booking Procedures & Payments

Once you have agreed on the quoted itinerary and invoice, the details of itinerary will be available for you and Your booking will be confirmed after we receive the initial 30 % deposit of your invoice. you can pay by Visa, Master Card, PayPal and bank transfer.

The remaining balance must be paid in cash (Dirhams, Euros or Pounds) according to the daily rates on the day of your trip.

4. Changes to Your Booking

You can change your booking date provided contact us as soon as possible and confirm with us your request in writing. We will make all possible arrangements for your booking with no additional charges, but we cannot guarantee it. If changes are not possible to be made to your booking for whatever reason, you have the option to make your originally booked trip on time, or cancel and pay the cancellation charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your trip, please inform us in writing as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your travel arrangements. The cancellation charge is based on the number of days we have received your written cancellation notice prior to start of your trip. If you cancel:

• More than 21 days before departure: We will refund you, your first deposit (100%)
• Between 11-20 days before departure: We will refund you 50% of your deposit
• Less than 10 days before departure: No refund

6. Emergency

We are entitled to cancel your tour in emergencies such as (natural catastrophes, terrorism, riots, war, fires, bad climate conditions and others) and we will refund what you have paid us. We do not provide additional compensation.

7. Special Requests

If you have any special requirements that are important to your reservation (dietary, medical, wheelchair assistance or others), you must be provided to us before you book in writing. If there are special requirements we are unable to meet, we will advise you in writing prior to booking your trip.
